Who Am I
Hello I’m Veronica
Three words to describe me and my yoga would be;
Creative, Empathic and Rhythmical.
My calm, patient and adaptable character has been an asset to helping others receive the gift of yoga and develop their confident creative flow.
Music has supported me throughout my life as a tool to explore my creativity and express my feelings. Writing lyrics became a therapeutic outlet during my late teens and combined with yoga and meditation, continues to help me manage my mental health and wellbeing.
I feel very fortunate to have grown up in the colourful cultural city of London where I continue to reside and teach my classes.
Since completing my yoga teacher training in 2016 I have had many wonderful opportunities to share the gift of yoga with people from all walks of life.
I have experience teaching in private health clubs, at corporate events, in schools and at yoga studios.

Workshops culminate in a sharing to celebrate the work that has been curated.
“Yoga is a group of physical, mental and spiritual practices or disciplines, that originate from ancient India, aimed at controlling and stilling the mind”
A yoga class is delivered at a general level giving participants an opportunity to feel into their bodies and observe their breathing.
A physical yoga class aims to build strength, improve flexibility and relax the mind and nervous system. Each class includes:
Pranayama - The practice of breath control
Physical warm up
This workshop brings together yoga movements and rap exercises that can help to support physical health and mental well-being.
Participants engage in a diverse range of fun and challenging activities that aim to reduce stress and build confidence.
Yoga poses are broken down and then put together with rap lyrics in a choreographed sequence set to music.
We end with a sharing of the sequence in small groups.
‘Being intensely aware of what you’re sensing and feeling in the moment’
The practice of Mindfulness can help to relieve stress, improve sleep and improve concentration levels. It can help to increase our ability to regulate emotions and when practiced regularly can benefit our overall health and well-being.

I have several years of experience supporting and mentoring privately.
Many of my younger students have special educational needs and benefit from having the extra time and attention.
I work mindfully and creatively to suit individual needs.

"Veronica teaches me yoga privately and the lessons are really good through and through. Each lesson makes me feel like a whole new person. We work hard but always end in relaxation.
I always enjoy the lessons and they are even better with a kind and friendly teacher".
"Veronica is a fantastic Yoga teacher. She teaches my partner and I weekly couples yoga. I love the way she teaches her routines as she combines meditative techniques along with the poses which really puts you in a relaxed state of mind and body. Veronica's yoga routines are always well structured and slowly builds you to the tougher stretches and those downward dogs. She can always tell where my problem areas are, taking time to really work on them by giving me the right stretches. My partner and I are at slightly different experience levels and Veronica is great at tailoring the poses to suit us individually. I would highly recommend Veronica as a yoga teacher. She has a great energy and vibe and you always find yourself feeling amazing after her lessons."
"I am new to yoga, but Veronica's warm, friendly and knowledgeable approach made it a wonderful experience. The atmosphere is welcoming with unique music, the fragrant room and guidance throughout the session left me feeling relaxed and ready to take on the world!"
"We met Miss Veronica at my daughter's school where she taught an after-school yoga class. After the class ended, my daughter and her friends wanted to continue yoga. So we arranged to have classes at. my place.
Then the lockdown happened but fortunately we moved to classes on zoom. Despite all these transitions, Ms Veronica was able to keep the girls engaged and taught them mantras that I still hear my daughter chant! Thank you for an incredible introduction to the world of Yoga.”
" I feel really good and just present in the moment, during and after your classes. You know I'm just like floating"
Always good / Beyond your great teaching because you are full of love, it's therapeutic
